  6. What day do you  hate?  Me,  I  really, really hate Sundays.
  7. The days after Saturday  and  before  Sunday. You can't rest
  8. properly as you've got work  or  school  to look forward to,
  9. all the shops are shut,  nobody's  about and there's nothing
  10. on television except  "Sunday  Worship",  "Worship  the Lord
  11. Jesus Christ", "Praise Him" and other such titles.

  13. And Sundays are always the days when you need something. You
  14. could have run out of food on any  other day - but it had to
  15. be Sunday,  when  everywhere's  shut.  And  it's  always  on
  16. Sundays that things go wrong;  if  there's  a burst pipe you
  17. can't call out a plumber, if  the electrics go wrong there's
  18. no electricians around and if  the  heating system's out for
  19. the count you'll find it hard to  find a gas person (I'm not
  20. sexist, see!).

  22. It's also the day where there's  no post. There are no jiffy
  23. bags waiting on the doorstep full  of software; no games; no
  24. nothing. And you would have  to  order that game you've just
  25. found out about on a Sunday  as the company won't receive it
  26. until Tuesday, and then there's  the rail strikes which mean
  27. you won't get your  software  back  until about Friday. Yep,
  28. Sunday's definitely the day I detest.....
